The Port of New Orleans Acquires Coffee Drive Warehouse, Announces New, 10-Year Lease with The Kearney Companies, Inc.
The Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) today announced its purchase of the 210,000 square foot warehouse located at 5200 Coffee Drive in the Uptown Port of New Orleans Terminal, which is supported by a new, 10-year lease with The Kearney Companies, Inc. (The Kearney Companies), a subsidiary of Precision Terminal Logistics (PTL).
Governor Jeff Landry and Louisiana Legislature Commit $230.5 Million to Port NOLA Infrastructure Projects including the Louisiana International Terminal and St. Bernard Transportation Corridor
The recent 2024 regular session of the Louisiana Legislature committed $230.5 million to Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) infrastructure projects including the Port’s new downriver container terminal, the Louisiana International Terminal (LIT) and the St. Bernard Transportation Corridor, which is envisioned to connect the $1.8 billion LIT to the interstate system and deliver a road that has long been sought after by St. Bernard Parish leaders and residents.

Port NOLA is making significant progress on its second international container terminal in St. Bernard Parish to meet growing demand and create local jobs and opportunity. We are currently in the Federal public permitting process that will engage local stakeholders and partners.

The Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) is currently conducting damage assessments following Hurricane Francine. Terminal operations are closed Thursday, September 12, 2024 for clean-up and to prepare the terminals to return to normal operations on Friday, September 13, 2024.
